I've encountered an issue while trying to access the mass properties to make edits. When I click on the mass properties option, the pop-up window fails to appear. This situation also leads to a complete freeze of the application, rendering all functions inactive. However, I've noticed that after pressing the "Escape" key a couple of times, the freeze is resolved.
Can anyone offer guidance on how to troubleshoot this problem and get the mass properties pop-up to function correctly? Your assistance would be much appreciated!
