Installation Error CFD 2017 Simulation Job Manager

After Uninstalling CFD 2016 I am trying to install CFD 2017, but every time I am meeting this error. I HAVE TRIED RUNNING the setup as an ADMIN

First error "Service 'Autodesk Simulation Job Manager Local service (adsk_dssp_job_server)failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start the system service "

Second Error "Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as a part of the setup did not finish as expected. Action CA2, Location: D:/AutodeskSupport\CFD 2017\\CFDConfig.exe, command: -I -S"

Hi,

Do you have the full installer locally? This is a good starting point in my experience.

Then, try installing on the C drive, unless you are already?
