I'd like to conduct a cooling analysis of the moving filament.

An interpretation of the cooling process that occurs when the filament, such as the picture, passes through the cooler is in progress. In conducting motion analysis, compressibility analysis was conducted, and the flow rate of the fan was 1.8CFM, which was analyzed by laminar flow. However, the cooling analysis takes too long and does not change the temperature of the filament surface. The initial temperature of the filament is 87 degrees Celsius and the air temperature is 16 degrees Celsius at the entrance.capture.JPG

The flow rate of the cooling fan may be slightly low. Please confirm if there is any blockage in the air duct. The cooling speed of PLA may be slower compared to other filament such as ABS and PETG.
