Error: "Analysis has stopped because the Solver has exited ..... "

During a simulation solve, the solver stops and an error message reading "Analysis has stopped because the Solver has exited unexpectedly" appears. 

i tried for many models ,but same message . 

currently i use my my computer solver and the solver delivered the results which many no issue in the models , further to the cloud solver mention that mesh is created and started solving .

please advice

Hi @eng.youssefezzat88,

 

Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums. Have you looked through this article? Does a tutorial model work while running locally on your machine? If yes, then this means it's specific to your model. I don't think it's the issue, but I do not recommend running CLOUD Premium. It will just waste resources and run slower than normal Cloud.

Thanks a lot , i runned on the normal cloud but the CLOUD Premium doesn't work.

Hi.

 

Just wondered if this fix resolved your issue? I've got the same error message although I'm getting these while trying the tutorials and a few that I've created myself.

Attached is a snip showing the error message I'm getting. I've followed the tutorials to the letter but still getting the same message after each attempt... argh...

I tied from scratch, which means import the CAD geometry and assign the material, BC,..., etc.  

then I run the local solver, later run the could solver.
