Do inventor setup affect the CFD setup?

I have this problem that I do not know yet what will happen. I am now in the assembly stage of my 20 variations since I have been configuring out the right setup of the Autodesk CFD this past few weeks and will now begin to simulate all the 20 variations. Will my Inventor suppression affect my CFD analysis? I can not replace the blades so I suppressed the blade and casing relationship. See picture for details. Will also be posting this on Inventor. Thank you so much, CFD forum!

Hello Sir Fred,
I am sorry for the misunderstanding. The answer for this will be used for Autodesk CFD that is why I posted on both forum. I do not know whether this problem will affect my analysis. I could not commit to do the same in my 19 variations since CFD is currently running. To be efficient, I am supposed to fix my CADs in Inventor for preparation in Autodesk CFD while my current study is simulating.
