Controlling the alignment/shape of the mesh?

I was just made aware of the capability of the Autodesk CFD to align mesh tetrahedra into cuboid arrangement. As seen from these images, one side of tetragedra is aligned neatly to follow the principal planes:

I was never able to find an option in Autodesk CFD on how to do achieve alignments. The only way I was ever able to form a mesh is like this:

As you can see, my mesh is "growing" outwards, each plane of a tetrahedron seeds adjacent tetrahedra at various angles.

Is there any way I can tell Autodesk CFD to align the mesh elements as seen in the first two images? I'm asking not only because of the general curiosity but also because I think I'm experiencing some actual issues with my model because of this.

If that is important, I'm currently using student version of Autodesk CFD 2021.

Thank you.
