CFD 2019.2: Cannot Maximize Screen, Not Resizable

When I run CFD 2019.2 it will maximize half off my top monitor. If I restore it it is not resizable. It doesn't respond to ALT-Spacebar.  The 2018 version works fine.  Dell T5810 with latest driver for Quadro K4200.

There is something a little strange with 2019.2 and window sizing.

If you can actually see the CFD window and are able to resize it, size it manually by dragging the corners to fit the screen.

Haha, that works now. I thought I tried it before posting.  I haven't been able to use 2019 since it came out because of one significant bug with LED modeling.  I hoped 2019.2 would work but not with this thing going on- I don't trust it.

Glad you are able to resize the window and get working with CFD.
What is the issue you're having with LEDs?

Well, this time the entire window went away when I accidentally maximized it.  I can't get it back.  It's like it disappeared off screen.  Luckily I could at least save the work.  But i'm stuck and can't use CFD anymore. HELP!!!!\

Hello,

Please close Autodesk CFD and delete the following folder:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Autodesk\CFD 2019

Start CFD and manually resize the window to your liking.

Yup that worked.  I think I did it last time but forgot the fix. Is this going to get fixed?  It's a really ridiculous bug!

Hello,  can you expand on what you are seeing for a bug in LED modeling?  This would greatly affect my work as well.

Just wanted to add that I have this problem, too, in 19.2.  Glad I found this thread.

It should still be reported as a bug, though.  Now I have to remember that there is one application that I can never maximize...  The most expensive app on my machine doesn't know how to maximize properly!  lol
