Bulk and XY plot results are different for temperature

Hi all. I am doing a analysis to know average temperature inside a space. I created a plane to measure this temperature. I did a bulk analysis and result was 6.02°C. It is same result when a made a summary to have this result in a plane in the decision center. However, when I made a XY plot in the plane I got result over 19.5°C and this temperature is more real than having 6°C, because air inlet temperature is in the order of 19°C, and also there is a square generating heat in the floor that heats air near this plane. Also, when I made a region with a shape similar to the plane I got temperature over 19°C. I wonder why temperature for bulk data and plane in decision center does not match temperature for xy plots and regions.
I have read that bulk results average results using a mass-weighted, but result is far different from the XY plot or a region.
I appreciate if someone could add some help about this.
