Applying to components on a PCBA

Hi,
So I have a pcb with multiple IC components that I want to a thermal analysis. CAD has been created in autodesk inventor. PCB is extruded solid and IC components are extruded as new solids. When I exposrt them to the cfd, I apply the PCB material to the board and CTM to the IC components. When I move to the boundary condition section, I get the following error,

"The part on either the board or the case side of a Compact Thermal Model(ctm) is suppressed

Parts that contact a CTM on the board and case sides must be active. Check the material branch of the design study bar, Check the material branch of the Design Study bar. Suppressed parts appear with a line through their name. To resume a part, right click a part and click resume"

The problem here is there is no part that is suppressed. Even if i assign CTM to a single component, this issue appears. Not sure how to resolve this.

Thanks in advance

Try re-adding the components or recreating the CTM to ensure all parts are fully active.
