Activation CFD 2016 student license

I have installed CFD 2016 on my Windows 10 Pro. When I execute the program and proceed with the activation process, it says that my serial number is not valid. I am pretty sure I am typing it right, according with the e-mail I received. I noticed that the product key in my e-mail and the one shown in the activation process are different...
Also, a message appears: "Cannot initialize license manager: License checkout failed" - see picture annexed. 

For now, I can only use the software during 30 days.

Please help!
