A Simple Hotbox Simulation

Hello,

I'm very new to Autodesk CFD and CFD in general so please bear with me. I'm trying to simulate a hotbox I've designed to determine the heat flow from one side of the brick's surface to the other. The brick sits in the middle of the insulated box, dividing the interior into two sections. On one side I'm using an extruder from a 3D printer as the heat source, while on the other, ice cold water is running through tubes to regulate the heat transfer. I've looked at tutorials online and similar forum questions in order to set up my simulation correctly. However, each time I run the solution an error occurs. 

Any chance someone can help me determine the setup required in order to run a successful simulation? (ELI5)
