2D steady state study fails after 1 iteration

I am trying to simulate a tube-in-tube counter-flow heat exchanger in 2D. My geometry is 3 thin rectangles stacked on top of one another to represent the inner fluid, tube wall, and outer fluid.

I am having an issue where the simulation seems to run only 1 iteration then end without any errors, and the results show a gradient at the inlet mass boundary flow nodes, and no velocity everywhere else in the model.

while you were recording we did not see details on the solve dialog.
The fact that it ran and shows iteration zero on the top makes me think that the solve dialog is set to run zero iterations which would just mesh the model and initialize boundary conditions as you have.
Can you confirm what the solve dialog settings are set to?

As an aside, you only have flow conditions so if you wanted to look at thermal too those mass flow inlets will need a corresponding temperature BC as well and the solve dialog would also need to have the Heat Transfer solver enabled
