Discipline Designator

Hi There C

I haD a question on naming sheet with the Discipline Designators. If i have a project starting with A-101, next will be A-102...can the next page be AE-103 ?
follow by A-104?

Is this possible on projects?

I will be glade on having a respond on this issue i am having.

Thanks Good day!

I work with Electrical projects and most of our project have only one Discipline Designator on each sheet.
If i start with a E-101....can the next sheet be ET-102 follow by E-103 ?

this is my issue!
having a sheet with 2discipline designators follow by a sheet with one discipline designator.

Contact your project lead (or the firm you are contracted to work for) and ask them about how they like to do it: mixing can be done but it is unusual.

Thanks . I have contact, the National CAD Standard Steering Committe to assist with resolution.

They stated that each discipline grouping would require its own set of numbers as follows:

E-101

E-102

E-103

ET-101

ET-102

ET-103

If you then add E-104 it would fall right after E-103 and before ET-101.

I agree.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
