I work for a large company and have been having issues for the past month. Many users we try adding to buzzsaw projects get the welcome email, but never receive the email from autodesk with their temporary password. If they try to reset the password, that email comes straight through. But they cant reset it because it asks for an answer to a question that is not even there since they never had an option to set one up.
Have already followed the below and it makes no difference. As I said, we get the password reset email, which is coming from the different servers.
