I am trying to access Statistics in the Site Admin. It cycles through process percentages in lower left but then just spins until I close down app. I need to assess these to help determine migration or feasibility of switching to BIM 360. I called support, to know avail. They just wanted to pass me to the "white gloves". Any assistance out there? Thanks.
