Buzzsaw desktop client fails to sync every 30 seconds when set to "Continually"

Situation:

I have the 64-bit Buzzsaw desktop client installed on two computers.  Both computers are set to synchronize the same folder "Continually" as shown here:

According to this post, Buzzsaw should synchronize that folder every 30 seconds when using that setting.  However, in my experience, it takes much longer than that, over 10 minutes or even much longer for the folders to check for synchronization.  I want these folder to sync as close to real time as possible.

How can I make each computer synchronize continually, at least every 30 seconds?
