A new iOS app is now available in the store. Please make sure your team upgrades to the latest version of the app. Older versions will no longer be supported once the updates below are available.
Here is what's coming:
Group tickets to manage related issues as one
- From a building ticket list, select the tickets to group and choose Group
- Assign the new group ticket
- Categories, priority, due date, and service level agreement of member tickets will be linked to the group ticket for reporting
- Comments from the group ticket will be visible to those who submitted tickets that are group members
- Comments and images added by those submitting tickets that are added to a group, will be visible in the group ticket
- The group ticket includes links to the grouped tickets
