Enhancements to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are now available on the web.
- SLAs are accessible from the portfolio dashboard
- Owners may create SLAs. Managers may view them
- SLAs may be grouped to help managers and technicians apply the correct SLA to tickets in specific cases. For example, public spaces may require a faster response time than non-public spaces. Creating a SLA Group called Public Spaces with the action category public, addresses this need.
