uploaded .stp file but not able to view

uploaded .stp file but not able to view. it says preparing view for the last 30 mins, how can this problem be resolved?

Hi Pavan,

Thanks for sending in your question, and welcome to the forum.  Are you getting an error, or is the file still doing what we call translating so that it can be viewed?   If you are not getting an error, can you give it a little more time to see if it completes.  Also what happens if you click on it to view the file?  

If after a while, you still are not seeing the file, can you share it with us with download enabled.   You can share the link with us by using the megaphone in the lower right hand corner. Just paste the link in there.  You can also put attention Bud Schroeder and I will get it.

Hi Bud,

now iam able view the file bud my original model is hiding somewhere inside a geometrical diagram. iam not sure what is this  geometrical diagram.
