Unable to publish MEP model from RVT 2017 to BIM 360 Team

Wonder if anybody can help.

Have a project that is uploaded to 360 Team trying to publish new set of information 

Have 4 rvt files within the project Architect , Struct, FFE information and the MEP model

Now both the struc model and the FFE model can be updated via the collaboration button with revit but both the arch file and our MEP file fail every time

really want to update the published sheets etc but this is not allowing me to be able to do that ?

any help be great

Can you access the non syncing models themselves in Revit? 
it may be that there are either not the same 2017 version. 
check for the version of the models.

Yes can access and work with models within 17 and have no issues what so ever
