sheets and view when sharing

Can the sheets and views be seen in the model. We want to make sure that our consultants do not have access to our sheets and views.

thanks

Hi Steven,

Thanks for posting to the forums and welcome.  What you can see, the consultant can also see. Out could export DWF files of just the pages you want seen, and upload that for them to see.

Hope this helps.

When you put your revit model on AD360 BIM Team it uses what is selected in the "publish settings" for what sheets and views are displayed. If you don't want certain views to be seen then uncheck them in that publish settings menu and hit save and close. Then save your revit model and upload it to BIM Team. I believe the publish settings is under manage tab. I found I had to do this to get certain phase views to display.
