Revit 2018 to Revit 2018.3

Hello-

Not sure if this the right link to send my inquiry...

I have just recently upgraded to Revit 2018.3 because the architect just transitioned to BIM360 Design platform. My other project, which is manage by another architect is still using BIM360 Team and Revit 2018.

My question is, Could I use Revit 2018.3 to manage my model in the cloud for BIM360 Team, while the rest of the consultants are still using Revit 2018? Will there be an issue to open my revit file (Revit2018.3) using revit 2018?

Thank you for your question.

No, it shouldn't be any problem. It is not the update (.1, .2, .3) that dictates but the Revit version, which is 2018. It is the same, if you want, as it is with Revit local files: all users running on 2018 will be able to open and work on the files regardless of the update, but if someone upgrades the model to 2019, they will no longer be able to do so. 

In 2018.3 you have the advantage that you see both BIM 360 Team and BIM 360 Document Management as collaboration platforms. Your colleagues running on 2018 will not see the BIM 360 Document Management platform.
