Hi, I have just completed delivering a Webinar presentation on the BIM 360 Team platform. During this session, I received from one of the attendees, a request to "join the hub" via the automated request scenario. This person is not a member of our company hub, nor has never been invited to any project within this hub.
My query then is, how can someone request to join a hub from within the software?
What likely happened here is that they saw your hub name in your presentation, which if they just type that in to an open browser, it will force them to try and log in with their email address.
If that email address isn't one that is registered or invited into the hub or a project already, then it sends an email directly to the ADMIN with this request to join.
