Rename a Project not sticking

I am able to hover over project name. as soon as I edit the name it goes back to the initial name. it won't allow me to change it. not sure why?

Thanks for your post.

When you hover over the name and rename the project, are you pressing Enter after typing in the new name or are you clicking an alternate area on the screen to complete the renaming? I found that if I pressed Enter then the name change would stick, but if I clicked another portion on the screen then the name would revert.
