Error when trying to edit Word document

User is getting the attached error when trying to edit any Word document hosted on BIM 360 team through the edit button on BIM 360 team. Previously this would pull down a copy of the document, allow the user to make edits, and publish a new copy to BIM 360 team when saved/closed. Can you please suggest a fix?

I would first make sure that Desktop Connector is installed, and up to date.
