DWF files no longer display on iPad and when sending a link

Maybe is missed some updates or update news and my DWF files no longer display on iPad and when sending a link.

Please can anyone let me know if there is an issues?

Hi John,

Thank you for posting to the BIM 360 Team forum.  You should be able to view DWFs on the iPad application.

I just tested viewing a DWF file on my A360 iPad app and I am not seeing the same behavior.  

• Are you able to view the DWFs on a web browser?
• For the link you are referencing, is this a publicly shared URL?
• Would you be able to send a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Hi Johny,

I just tried this and the public links work fine for me on both  my iPAD Pro and my iPhone 7 Plus. You want to click on the "Continue in Browser" option.

Thank you and are you allowed to login into my account to see for your self?  Had to download some of the files, open in Navisworks manage and re-upload.  Also I can send you some links (below) that show the error message....  Thank you for your help!...John
