Can't view media files

Hi,

When I'm uploading avi, wmv and mp4 files the file doesn't play.

I've tried on Chrome and Edge browser but I've got the same issue.

Does anybody have the same thing, I didn't find anything in the forum ?

I've sent this off to our team to look into already. I too can replicate this issues so there must be a glitch somewhere.

Can you please try your links again to those files?

I just tried mine again, and they now all work, so I'm wondering if we might have been doing some work on the back-end which was impacting these earlier.

Unfortunatly I still have troubles, chrome or edge same thing : 

Chrome, the media stay little and won't play, for edge I've got an error message.

Sorry for the delay here, can you please confirm the following?

Do your public links work ok for these media files? (mine do)

Looks like within your web version of BIM 360 Team, trying to play the videos will not work there (mine don't work here either)

Hi @BrettWright, no worries regarding the delay it's Ok.

Yes, actually my public link work.

Unfortunatly I can't use your workarround with my project, medias have to be opened directly within our web version of BIM 360 Team.

Do you have any information regarding the delay to fix that issue ?

Hi Fabian,

We can see that Chrome and IE are impacted with this issue, however, for some reason FIREFOX seems to work ok.

The team is working on a resolution for this now, so hopefully the fix will be forthcoming shortly.
