BIM360 Team and C4R merge from Trial to paid subscription

Hello all,

I used a trial for C4R and Team. My trial has ended and I have purchased a subscription for these services.

Now in m accounts.autodesk I see two contracts for C4R and two contracts for Team.

When I open my BIM360 Team Hub it tells me trial has ended and I need to purchase a subscription.

I can't attach my already purchased subsription to my existing hub.

Could you advice how I can switch my trial hub to my already aquired subscription?

Hello,

The merge problem from trial to license has been solved by Autodesk.

The popup that you need to assign the license to my hub don’t appear, whiteout the link it was impossible to assign the license.

After Autodesk chanced my permission settings in my account the link was visible and the problem solved.
