Why I m getting this error msg-(WebGL Context lost error msg)

Hi Autodesk Team & other experts,

 

Can you pls assist me with this

 

in BIM 360 Docs I'm in sample project. When I click on .rvt file it opens it up but then it comes with the error msg

pls see attached screenshot for error msg. 

 

Can someone explain whats causing the problem and how to get rid of it.

one more question how can I check when does my licence expire or how many trial periods are remaining.

Which browser are you using?
Also, are you using the latest version of that browser?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

I got an update from development team saying that this issue may have caused by by one of Google Chrome tab was crashed or the Google Chrome was running for long time. Please try to restart the Chrome to resolve this issue. Let me know if this helps.

Hi @Anonymous,

If the problem occurs frequently, you could try following these instructions to disable hardware acceleration for your graphics card: https://errorfixer.co/fix-webgl-hit-snag-chrome-error/
