Two account created with same user ID & email

Hello Guys,

 

Now I got two accounts created with same used ID & email. Can anyone know how to solve that issue as every time now I have to choose which one to select to open the project within the app & also on browser.

 

My ACC app in mobile showing only one of the account & I am not sure how to change that as well?

 

Need your help to solve this issue soon as I am going  create central model for my project in Revit & this scenario confuse me on how to move forward.

Hello Guys,

 

Now after searching here, Got the cause of this.

 

One is US server login & other is EU server login. So, Both is showing different list of projects. looks like accidently I have US server account.

 

Now, Question comes in as... I can login to only or see only one of the server projects in desktop connector. So, consequently making difficult to manage them as desktop connection is must to have for me. 

 

How can I turn off one of my account & which is better to have US or EU server?

Hello Guys,

 

I have contacted Support team, They helped me to remove one of the account and its project. Now I have only one US server account.
