Sheet Set Manger for Web

On the web version of the Sheet Set Manger using the rename & renumber feature  - Did the Rename Layout to match - Sheet Title/Prefix with Sheet number  check box go away in the dialog box? 

I can't seem to find the Insert Sheet List feature either.
