record issues

it is possible to create a record of issues? who´s generate the issue and who's respond and dates.

All of the issue data is tracked, including who each issue is assigned to and due dates.

We just added project-wide issue view in the Docs mobile app. This allows you to sort and filter to find the information you seek.
