I have setup my project in Autodesk Docs/ACC and had already saved a Revit 2023 model into it.  Now when I try to add the MEP 2023 Revit model to the Autodesk Docs, I can not see the project is available to upload from Revit.

Is it a Cloud work shared model or did you just upload it to BIm 360 if so you need to make it a cloud work shared model then it will be visible, otherwise you have to open it through the Desktop connector

A BIM360 or ACC project is null until a model is initialized to the project. The only way a project would not show up in a version of Revit is if the project was initialized with a different version of Revit. If the project is new (no Revit models workshared) then it would appear to any version of Revit. If the project has had a model workshared in it. Then only that version of Revit would see it. So not sure what is happening to you. For example. If new and empty the project should appear to all versions, if workshared 2022 Revit model is in the project then only Revit 2022 would see the project. Hope that helps.
