Problems with file version / current set in Transmittal

The same file shows a different Set and and "current set" association when seen in its Version History and when opened from a Transmittal to which it is added. Please see the three attached screenshots for clarification.

I could not find any justification for such behavior. Could anyone please see if I am missing something or if it is just a bug?

It feels like a mere bug.

BIM360 happens that way sometimes. It will be cured soon.
