Hi all,
My team and I are unable to plot from an SSM that is saved on BIM360. The layout files are also saved on BIM360. We are using Version 16.9.1.2222 of the Desktop Connector.
When we try to Publish to PDF from the SSM and leave the storage location as the default (same folder as the SSM is actually saved), the plot fails. When we try to change the storage location to another folder on BIM360, the publish dialog box just hangs with the spinning blue circles, never allowing the designer to actually click the "publish" button.
We have had success plotting no more than 3 sheets at a time to the default storage location, but that's not particularly helpful when you have sheet sets of 30+ sheets.
Anyone have any idea why this is happening? Or how to fix?
