Since ACC-Build now syncs with PlanGrid Mobile we have been starting to use it for meetings, field etc. We have run into 2 problems.
Android V6.31.1
1, It will not recognize the external storage card. Only internal storage. Other apps are doing just fine with the external card
2. Revit files will not download. No real error just Red bar "Unable to Download" sometimes I get "Try Connecting to the internet again"
Not sure if 2 is related to 1? There is ample space (90gb) on the device so a single Revit file should be downloadable. Most of ours are 1-2gb with attached files etc. Have not seen one >7-8gb with all linked files
I have cleared the cache and storage and re-downloaded the project. (Waited for the entire project to download before trying to access.) Still getting errors with Revit files.
PDF and other files open fine as do sheets RFI forms etc.
Connected through WIFI to 1gb internet.
