PDF extraction problem

We got 2 PDF files that are uploaded and created the same way we do the whole time.

For some reason these 2 files are not extracted and progress shows 0%.

How can we fix this? Gr. Renzo

I tried to upload these 2 files in another project with success. So the files are not the problem.

Now, I tried it again in our project and finally it works... I uploaded the files in another folder. Cancelled the old upload that was still running. And moved the 2 documents to the right position

Why is this so difficult? It would help if we got more information about why this is slow or not executed at all

We are experiencing same problems.

I am extracting 21 PDF's and BIM360 is so so so slow and lagging, it gets stuck at either half way or goes all the way and just gets stuck on the last one to extract.

It is really frustrating, need this fixed please.

Health-board says BIM360 cloud is working fine as expected, no it is not.

It has been fixed with the tip of another contributor.

I uploaded again the PDF. Now, it works fine - within a minute the export was generated and downloaded
