Nobody has access to a particular BIM 360 project even after they have been added to project.

Good Morning.

We have one project on BIM 360 where nobody is able to access the Document Management folders in Revit.

They are not able to access the Revit 2021 model at all.

First it was the Architects in our firm that were not able to access the model.

I gave all of our Architects "Project Admin" status to bypass this issue.

Then, our consultants began work in this project

They too are not able to access the model.

The model was published two days ago.

There isn't anything different about how this project is setup.

We have dozens of projects on BIM 360 that don't these access issues.

These are standard consultants that we have worked with in the past.

Where can I begin to diagnose these access issues in this particular BIM 360 project?

These permissions look exactly like any of our other projects:

I do not want to give Project Admin status to all of the people in the project.

I know I can do this to "solve" this problem.

I would like to know what is unique with this project.

Thank you

Dana

Update:

OK, after I remove project admin status from myself, I'm no longer allowed to access the Revit model in BIM 360.

So far, only project admins are allowed access to this model.

The Project Members do not have access to Revit model unless they are given "Project Admin" status.

What would cause this?

Thank you

This is what I am assuming that it is happening - Under 'Document Management' services, you will have to set Company / Position / Personnel visibility and permission on the folder. 'Services' enable permission are not the same as Folder Visibility permission.
However, from what I could remember (and I could be wrong) - 'Document Management' visibility was always shown to anyone invited to the project automatically... and my gut feeling the changes to BYO services in ACC is affecting these tie in to BIM360. From what I understand ACC Products for Document Management / BIM360 Docs is a purchase subscription.
