Hi @Unknown_Account59,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.

The error message you are showing in your picture, is usually shown when a user is trying to login to BIM 360 Account Admin (BIM 360 Enterprise) when they have not been added to any accounts as an account admin.

Do you believe that the user who is receiving this error message is an Account admin? If so could you please forward on this customers username to me and I can check whether this is the case in our account system.

If not which BIM 360 service had they been invited to which they were trying to access? And how had they been trying to access it e.g. invitation email link, webpage link ?

If you could please follow up with this information that would be greatly appreciated and I will try to help you further.

Hi Benjamin,

They are not an account admin and they were trying to set up an account using the link on the email sent out directly from the system.

I set them up from the 'Project Admin' module.

Thanks

Hello @Unknown_Account59,

Thank you for your response, so does the user already have an Autodesk Account set up for their username (as this will be needed to access a BIM 360 Account), or is this what they are currently trying to do?

Another question I have is which modules/services did you set up for this user (e.g. Document Management, Design Collaboration, etc)?

Please ask the user to try logging in using one of these links dependant on which server region your account is in, and then please let me know whether this works for them...

Many Thanks
