You might try setting up views to coordinate 5-10 levels at a time. I'd image everything in the workflow will take longer than desired trying to coordinate 50 levels of elements at the same time.

Thanks @HGC-Jchandler -

But I am not sure that I can specify limited levels? is this done in the model before publishing?

That is correct. There are a handful of ways to do it, the best approach really depends on how your team plans to coordinate/collaborate. You can setup all of the views in a federated model (level 1 plumbing, level 1 Arch, level 2 plumbing, etc.), and make sure they are checked to publish in your publish settings. This gives you the most control however limits the ability of collaborators to update their model and see the coordination impact as they will have to rely on you to publish their updates.

Alternatively, you can establish coordination areas and have your collaborators setup their own views of those areas and then they would publish their own and you would aggregate them in model coordination. The advantage is they can update/publish their model and get immediate feedback from model coordination.

Hope this helps.
