Do I need to have a BIM 360 account? I need to be able to synchronize my work with the rest of the team.

you will need a bim360design account.

then on Revit startup menu, you will have to login, otherwise you wont have access to the service.

@Dchoi  To start working with BIM 360 you first need to create your Autodesk Account, BIM 360 is a user-based platform. Once you create your account with your email, you need to provide this email to the Account Admin of the BIM 360 HUB or the IT responsible. In your case, you were invited with an email address, just create your Autodesk account with the same email address.

After you provided your email address to the Administrator of the project they have to verify they Assign you access to BIM 360 Design and access to the project and that you have BIM 360 Design License entitlement, to start collaborating and synchronizing your model with the rest of the team.

Once you verify, please find some videos on how to start collaborating and consuming packages: Design Collaboration Videos

Thank you so much for your reply @brenda.colin6N23C . To be honest, my problelm still remains but at least your answer seemed to be in the right direction.

I created another question on this forum, would you mind taking a look and see if you can help? Thank you once again.
