Have you seen this behavior? If so, did you solve it?
For all workstations in our org, Autodesk Desktop Connector from v16.3 to v16.5 shuts down several times per day.
- 16.2 works fine (or at least doesn't turn off)
- We can't tie it to any specific user action (it shuts down even when the user is not using any software or leaves a workstation unattended).
- No errors are thrown.
- No Event log items are registered except those common to starting up the service and tray app.
We suspect a workstation configuration issue, and needing a secure environment for our clients, that's the first place we're trying to look, but it's a process.
