Failed Processing PDF File

Hi there, 

 

I am getting an error in BIM 360 trying to process a pdf document, so it is saved to the cloud but I cannot open it in the viewer, as it has not been processed (translated to SVF). 

 

The document's size is 11MB, could it be the problem?

Hi @carlosrdrzalns ,

 

Where are you saving the file to? Is it the Plans area or the Project Files area?

Also is this a multi page PDF? As there is a page limit. See this article What are the size limitations when uploading a file to BIM 360 (NextGen)? 

I would suggest reading this article also on the Autodesk Knowledge Network post "Processing failed" error appears after uploading a PDF to BIM 360  as it highlighted about Encrypted PDF files also.

Thank you!! It is a multi-page PDF and it exceeds the Project File folder page limits, so there is the issue.
