Door schedule displays differently for users of a Revit cloud workshared model

I have a Revit 2020 model on BIM 360 which is showing more doors in a schedule for one user than another. Both models were opened from the BIM 360 hub and they have been synchronized with the central model. The users are looking at the same schedule on the same sheet but one has six extra doors. Any idea why this might be happening?

Would it be possible to share screen shots.

this could potentially be a problem with the local cache not updating correctly.

Image quality is terrible but you can see in one image the schedule fits on the sheet and in the other it extends beyond the page border. Same project opened on the same day. I had the user seeing the extra doors clear out the file in her user data cache and make a new local copy. She continued to have the issue with the new file.
