Can I somehow edit revision number in the docs? 

The Document name includes revision number. As a result, each time the same document is uploaded revision number is the same V1.

Any suggestion how this can change? I want to keep revision number in the document name.

Hi @ariande .

I would recommend you to check out the automatic Review/ Approval workflows in BIM 360 to structurize your revisions. The workflow to upload consecutive revisions of a drawing to a 'public' folder might look as follows:

1. Users upload the latest file "versions" to a restricted folder.
2. Review process is started for the latest file version.
3. After approval, the file is automatically copied to a 'public' folder where it creates a new 'Revision'. ('Revision' number shows as 'Version" number in the new folder)

Please note that it is not possible to use the Revision number in the file name because the automatic versioning can only be used for files with the same name.
