Connector message: Value cannot be null Parameter name: path

This is the message I see in the connector,  files seem to be  stuck, connector not synching. I found a possible solution to edit the backup and restore settings but are unable to find the installation of the Vault Server.

Could there be another cause ?

Could you please explain your workflow and possibly the steps to reproduce the error message?

Looks like there is an issue with the file path. Where are the files located?

Are they long paths?
