Cloud model missing - message saying project not active on BIM360 platform. Last worked on yesterday evening.

This morning we have no access to BIM 360 cloud model. Model is missing. We last worked on it last night. Can anyone help. Autodesk are no help

How have you tried to access the project? Can you see it through the hub or any other way outside of Revit?

We have tried to access via BIM360 platform and through Revit. Cannot see it

It looks like you may have lost permissions. What have you checked? Have you talked to the project admin? Did you lose your license to BIM 360?
