Cannot access bim360admin !

When I try to access BIM360Admin webpage ( https://admin.b360.autodesk.com/login ) .

It cannot access to my hub & Show error " your bim 360 account has expired or been suspended...."BIM360.png

But Now , My contract doesn't expired. Please suggest me some solution to solve this issue .

hello, 

 i'm experiencing the same issue  . how did you solve this ?  

 

we are a school and the  access   was made  and accorded last year .

 

when i contact  the support they told me that the  Aim 360  Glue and Plan  are discontinued.   the    problem is that we  have a  learning session   next week and no one in the support  solve the  problem for now .

 

some help can be appreciate  🙂

Dear Sir,

Now, This problem is cleared .

My problem is conflict between New & Old Contract of BIM360Design.  Autodesk support team recheck all of BIM360Design Contract and merge them in one hub .

In your case , You should be contact your reseller or Autodesk technical support  and send your account ID of your hub to them .

I'm having the same issue. Something is seriously wrong. I can't access any of my projects or my account administration. My license is valid so that is not a problem.
