Can't consume shared models in Design collaboration

I am experiencing problems with consuming models from other companies. I need to mention that the system was working perfectly until december last year. It seems the option for consuming the models doesn't appear anymore, only explore and show changes are available. I attached a screenshot. Any suggestions on the issue ?

@g.ciosu - If you are working off another companies HUB, then I would suggest reaching out to them.  Your permissions may have changed without you knowing - especially if it was working back in December.  If memory serves me correctly, you would need "Edit" permissions to be able to consume the data.  Check out this permissions page from Autodesk, it will provide better insight as to what each permission setting will allow you to do.  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/bim-360/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/ENU/BIM360D-De...

Hi @g.ciosu,

My name is Bogdan and I am with Autodesk Technical Support.

If you go to BIM 360 Design Collaboration and check the project status, do you still have any models publishing?

How about if you check the Publish Log in BIM 360 Docs. Are all models published there?

Thank you!

Best regards,

Bogdan

Hi @g.ciosu

Just following up with you here to ask if you still need help with this one.

Have you got the chance to check if the models are still processing?

Thank you!

Best regards,

Bogdan

Hello,

Thank you for the support! It turns out some models were not correctly published due to an upload/connection problem . I asked for the files to be republished and now everything is working. It seems when someone publishes something, there is a node available to consume, but it is not necessary the final package.

Best regards,

Hello,

The permission was not changed, we tried on a different user/workstation. It seems it was a model publishing error from the other team members.

Hi guys,
We are facing some issues in BIM 360.
Basically, we are using 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 versions in our company. But in 2022 only we can't be able to consume the models from other disciplines and those models are doing in house only not even other companies are involved in this project.

We are facing these issues only one project, in 2022 version of BIM 360. Other projects are working fine.

Kindly advise how to solve these issues. So currently we are attaching the models from shared folder directly instead of consumed folder.
Here I attach the screen shot for you to understand.

Best Regards,

Gokula Kannan

Hello,

I'm not sure you have solved this. I had the same problem this morning and could not see the 'consume' button, it just wouldn't show. Eventually I worked it out you have select another discipline or consultant for the package to be accessible & for the consume button to show - you know you can consume a package when it turns white. So we're the architect. i was clicking on the structural timeline and trying to consume their latest shared package but it wouldn't let me. As soon as I clicked on our timeline their package turned white and I was able to click on the white package & the consume button appeared.

Hope this helps.
