BIM 360 Docs Mark-up Icon (Indicator)

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how the Mark-Up indicator icon works in BIM 360 Docs. We have created mark-up's on drawing sheets which have subsequently been archived however the icon remains highlighted indicating there are mark-up's still shown. This takes away any positive functionality from the feature and renders it useless as a quick reference tool.

I am hoping there's something I've missed, could someone please confirm if there is a process I need to follow or whether this is just how it works.

As soon as a markup is added the icon is activated. Even if a markup is archived this remains active. Its just how it works im afraid.

@múinteoir ,

Thanks for the feedback, I thought as much.

I understand that it's just the way it works however this simple lack of functionality makes the icon completely useless (unless you plan to mark-up the document once and once only - if only that were the case!). It's a shame these simple fixes can't be actioned quicker. Would be really useful for our designers to go in to Docs and quickly reference which drawings/documents have been commented on.

Regards,
